    Shipping Policy

Free Ground shipping on all equipment orders of $50 or more. Only applies to equipment orders totaling $50 or more after all other discounts and coupons have been applied, with a shipping destination within the contiguous 48 United States. Excludes custom postage, Alaska and Hawaii, International, and bulk orders. Please call for quotes for Alaska and Hawaii and custom shipping.

Shipping may be more or less due to actual weight, incorrect information, or mis-classification. New items shipped from the factory are occasionally backordered. The buyer should contact YourEquipmentNeeds.com if a guaranteed ship date is needed.

YourEquipmentNeeds.com will arrange for shipping at the buyers request. YourEquipmentNeeds.com accepts no responsibility of any kind for items damaged after they leave our suppliers' warehouses.

If items get damaged in route to the buyer, YourEquipmentNeeds.com will assist the buyer with handling the damage claim with the shipper, but YourEquipmentNeeds.com accepts no responsibility for any part of the claims process or the results thereof.

It is the buyer's responsibility to open the shipment and inspect items for concealed damage immediately upon receipt. All freight received damaged must be documented on the bill of laden in the presence of the delivery driver.

YourEquipmentNeeds.com attempts to present items as accurately as possible based on the information available to YourEquipmentNeeds.com at the time of sale. YourEquipmentNeeds.com reserves the right to correct typographical errors and inaccuracies.

YourEquipmentNeeds.com is not responsible for shipping damage.

    Sales Tax
Items shipped to Tennessee will be charged respective state sales tax.
    Return Policy

Products may be returned unopened for a refund within 30 days of it's shipping date and may be charged a 15% re-stocking fee at our discretion. Items that are in un-sellable condition, no longer wanted, you changed your mind, missing parts or you ordered the wrong product will not be refunded.

Please note that we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error up to $9.95, unless prior arrangements have been made with the return department.  Return your item(s) using UPS ground, FedEx ground or standard U.S. Mail. 

If you refuse your package, there will be return shipping charge.  UPS, FedEx and the U.S. Post Office charge us for returned items.  You will be charged the original cost of shipping, (even if you received free shipping), plus the cost of return shipping.  Unless we sent the wrong product or made some other error on shipping out your product.

You can expect a refund sent to the credit card company within 14 business days of YourEquipmentNeeds.com receiving your return.

Do not send us your old broken parts to see if we can get new ones.  We can not accept them due to insurance and health liabilities.
 

    How to Return / Exchange Your Item
In order to return or exchange an item you will need to contact our Customer Support. We will then provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to insure that your return is properly routed and that your refund or replacement is processed properly.
